What shipping options are available?
We provide free shipping to the contiguous United States. We ship via Ground United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery in 5-7 business days..
Please contact us if you want your order expedited – additional costs will apply.
Do you ship internationally?
International orders are accepted and fulfilled by FedEx International Economy. The shipping fee is calculated based on weight of the package and will be disclosed before payment is requested. Furthermore, there may be customs fees applied upon country of delivery.
The Wilderness Store best serves our customers based in the United States. Similar Wilderness items can be purchased at curio shops at select Wilderness camps.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed, it’s not possible to change the shipping address.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I initiate a return?
We are happy to refund your order within 28 days from shipment date for any items no longer desired, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with the original tag(s) attached and in a resalable condition.
- Email contactstore@wildernessdestinations.com to request a return and refund or exchange
- Our store admin will check the request and order details
- If you have ordered a return and refund:
- Store admin issues return label and emails this to you
- Once items are received back at our warehouse and are in good condition (see terms below) the refund process will be initiated
- Refunds and / or store credits are processed within two (2) weeks of receipt of your package. You'll get an email confirmation when we've initiated a refund.
- If you have ordered an exchange
- Store admin checks the order details and issues the return label
- Once items are received back at our warehouse and are approved, your new items will be shipped out to you

We will accept returns of full-priced items ONLY for a store credit (via a Wilderness Store eGift Card sent to your registered email account) or a refund to your original form of payment within 28 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tag(s) attached and in a resalable condition. If available, please use the original packaging. Ensure the package is sealed tightly.
Free shipping and returns only applies to US-based customers, for a standard ground USPS service. Any other shipping method preferred for delivery or returns, will be separately calculated and charged back to the customer. All international shipping (delivery and returns) is separately calculated and funded by the customer.

What is your return policy?

All items must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tag(s) attached and in a resalable condition. Any items that are discounted are NOT eligible for return. This does not apply to items purchased using a promotional discount code.

Do you offer exchanges?
To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item using the return process listed above and place a new order for the item you would like. If we don’t have your size or colour in stock, please select a different product or contact us at contactstore@wildernessdestinations.com to speak to our store representative.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved, a return label and shipping instructions will be sent to the email address you contacted us with.
Store credits and /or refunds are processed within two (2) weeks of receipt of your package. You'll get an email confirmation when we've initiated a refund.
